Shelby is the founder of Candid Kombucha. Originally from Florida, she moved to Vienna in 2018, and as well as being in awe of the amazing city, she also noticed the lack of high-quality Kombucha available on the market compared to the USA.

Following this, by 2023, the time was right for her to dive into trying something new and fulfill her dream of setting up a kombucha start-up. Inspired by Vienna's vibrant culture and her love for healthy, flavorful beverages, she set out on a mission to create something truly unique.

Through months of experimentation, Shelby crafted the perfect balance between refreshing taste and the health benefits kombucha offers. Candid Kombucha embodies her passion for quality, authenticity, and a sense of community.
